At Renee Rose Romance, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
